I forgot to post a picture of of my October gift from one of my secret pals. This SP sent me the cutest outfit (LynnMaries first pair of pants), a Halloween picture, a bib, a spoon and bowls with a Halloween theme and chopsticks . Didn't she do great? I love it all!
The other pictures are the countdown vases..I was able to move 8 stones to the other one this month. This is the progress. Its something else to pass the time..

What a great idea for the countdown vases. I wish I had done something like that! It's a neat tradition. When did you start doing that?
That's awesome! We moved 8 marbles in the jars, as well. This is such a great idea and my kids like it. They are displayed on our mantel as a constant reminder of the journey God has graciously called us to. Thanks for sharing!!

I really need to start the stones and vases. It would be a great way for my boys(and me) to see the progress in a tangible way.
Eight stones are better than seven! Each month we move a tiny bit closer to our girls.
