China

Michael and I are going to China. One day. To bring our daughter home. Let me repeat. We are going to China (thats also called the land of far, far away). Its been on my mind that one day I am going to have a trip of a lifetime and a life changing experience at one time. How awesome is that? To experience a whole new culture will be amazing..

How many people get to go have/get a baby and an amazing trip? Its too exciting to think about.

these are just my thoughts today. One day, we are going to China to bring LynnMarie home

Amen to that, Amy!
We are seriously considering a long layover (2 or 3 days) in Hawaii on the way to China. It will relieve some jet lag enabling us to function properly - as well as giving us an added perk to our trip.
Aloha.

Yes you will go to China and yes you will become a Forever Family on your Forever Day! And we can't wait to celebrate that day with you!

Like Don & Be, we're also thinking of breaking up the trip going over to better make the adjustment and to enjoy time together before our Forever Day event. We're considering flying into Europe a week ahead of time...

I wish I could go back and visit that time again...just breath deeply and take it all in. You won't want to forget a minute. Now, I can't wait for our next trip. I knw it will be so different from the first. Your posts are always so thought provoking...have a wonderful night! Margaret

I tell you what... I am a 'late bloomer' when it comes to travelling and LOVE to talk about it... drives people crazy - hahaha... to bad... hehehe... to go to another country is the most amazing experience. To go to a country where the culture is completely different and don't speak the same language is the most amazing experience - the trick to do alot of the times (of course you have to make sure it is safe - like anywhere), is to go where locals go... it is more fun... you learn more. I was in Italy, Argentina and Uruguay where we had a hard time with the language but the dictionary helped and it was the most fun... as well as going to China to get your baby... make sure you soak up all the experiences you have along the way... take tons of photos too...
