Fingerprinting Appointments!

We received our invitation today to get our fingerprints taken. Unfortunately it is almost four weeks away, but Amy and I have our appointments on February 14th, that's right, our Valentine's gift will be completing a major step in our adoption process!

Congrats!!

No better way to share a day for love...

I used to to in-home counseling for the Office of Adoptions here in Georgia. Although it's a big decision, it's one with rewards beyond imagination.

Congratulations! I admire you both for taking such a huge step. It takes someone special to adopt a little on from another country! May God bless your socks off in this process!

And...thank you for stopping by my blog! I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)

Hey guys! I have bookmarked you and will be checking on you frequently! I feel like there is much happiness in store for you. And we love Pottery Barn Kids over here too :)

You are almost there! I'd have all your other things authenticated and ready to go. That way you only need to pay the "big bucks" for one day service for one item. Saves big bucks! Congrats! :)

I am SO excited for you!! You stopped by my blog today and I am SOOOOO very glad that you did!!

I am in Georgia, too!! And we are adopting from China!!! Our LID was 9-12-05 and we got our referral only 20 days ago!! We will leave around February 22 to bring Elizabeth home!!!

Oh, and before I forget, there is an email group for those adopting from China and live in Georgia. It's called China Peaches and the address is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ChinaPeaches. Maybe I'll get to "see" you there!!
