What an incredible story your baby girl has! The foster home she's in is amazing (I followed Pam's blog for a long time: talk about seeing God working in the lives of these babies!).

I have goosebumps - what a darling!! And I take it she's in foster care?! I saw first hand (the other two girls being adopted when we got Mia were in foster care) the added "bonus" of foster care - you have a real cutie there!!!
