Today I had lunch with Kathy, who will be a mommy very soon. She is getting close to the finish line and I hope she is home with her baby before Christmas! We had a great time and it was nice to hear whats been going on with her. She gave me a lot of information and I am very appreciative. I have lots of things to do while we wait for baby Christopher to come home.
Its official. The wait is lengthened but its okay. It gives Michael and I more time to prepare ourselves and our home for our baby. I am blessed that Michael has no problems with this wait. He has become very patient and I can not wait for our LID!
For family and friends, please pray for us as we begin the long wait..For you pregnant moms, you thought 9 months was a long time..Ha! Pray for those whose wait is almost over.So many people are so close to referrals and I can not wait to hear about them!!!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I don't know how much you read, but my oldest was adopted...then we had triplets :-) I hope to keep up with your story.
Nice to read about such a postive outlook on the wait. I'm trying hard to stay postive myself and there are some days that are easier than others. We'll get there - it's great to have others to share the ride with...
I heard today that there are rumors of up to a 30 month wait. What can we do?
